Your medical records

Dr Bee Meng (Bambie) Lee consults at Premier Health Partners, 8 Wominjeka Walk, West Melbourne VIC 3003. Your medical record is created, held and managed by that practice, and is handled under the practice's own privacy policy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic). A copy of the practice privacy policy is available on request from reception on 03 9329 7077.

Requests to access or correct your health information should be directed to Premier Health Partners reception. Proof of identity is required, and an administrative fee may apply for providing copies.

This website

This website has no contact forms, accounts or appointment forms, and does not ask you to submit health information. Standard technical information — such as IP address, browser type and pages visited — may be logged by the hosting provider for security purposes. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Appointment booking is handled by a third-party provider, AutoMed Systems. When you follow the booking link you leave this website, and anything you enter is handled under that provider's privacy policy together with the practice's.

Please do not send health information by email. Email is not a secure channel and is not monitored for urgent matters.
