"You deserve a GP who sees you as a whole person — and who keeps growing to serve you better."
Each consultation draws on conventional medicine alongside lifestyle, preventive, and psychological strategies — with the time and breadth to understand you fully, not just address a presenting complaint.
My clinical interests span many dimensions of health, with particular focus on perimenopause health, mental health, and weight management — areas that each benefit from genuine clinical depth and dedicated time.
For those living with chronic conditions, I take the time to understand the full picture — not just managing a diagnosis, but helping you live well with it.
A Master of Public Health deepened my understanding of how environment, relationships, community, and the wider circumstances of a person's life shape their health — a perspective I bring to every consultation.
Before entering general practice, I trained across psychiatry, obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, emergency medicine, surgery, and aged care — a breadth that informs how I recognise patterns and complexities in everyday GP care. My training in rural Port Fairy added something equally important: the continuity, trust, and depth that comes from truly knowing my patients. Both continue to shape how I practise.
I approach care with an open mind — respectful of complementary therapies, grounded in evidence, and attentive to what is emerging in the field.
I'd be honoured to be part of your health journey.
